Description

FSC: A NAICS: 541330 The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme Division, Louisville, KY Detachment proposes the continuation of the operation of the McConnell Technology and Training Center (MTTC)on a non-competitive basis. The proposed procuremnt is restricted to Innovative Productivity Incorporated, Louisville, KY. The MTTC works with Navy, DoD and other Government Centers of Excellence to identify innovative processes and concepts to assist those activities, as well as other commercial small and medium sized companies, reduce their operating costs and increase product quality.
