Description

The Small Business Administration proposes to negotiate a sole source contract with PricewaterhouseCoopers, Melville, NY, for TeamMate Audit Management System software licenses. Interested firms are invited to identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement by no later than 6/15/01 at 4:00pm DST. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisiton Circular 97-21. The applicable NAICS Code is 511210. Items and quantities are as follows: 1. TeamMate Software Licenses for Office of Inspector General -- 30 ea. 2. TeamMate Software Licenses for New Markets Venture Capital Program -- 5 ea. The provision at FAR 52.212-1 "Instruction to Offerors -- Commercial"; and the clauses 52.212-4 "Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items" and 52.212-5 "Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders -- Commercial Items" apply to this acquisiton.
