- Description
- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13. No RFQ will be prepared or made available for distribution. Award will be made based on responsive, responsible, and technically acceptable low bids. The Government intends to procure on a competitive basis an Electronic Laser Digital Theodolite and accessories. Quote Brand Name or Equal in accordance with FAR 52.211-6. Item 0001, Sokkia Theodolite, model LDT-50, part number 730406, quantity 1 each. Item 0002, Sokkia Gyro with Set 3110, part number 7305-02, quantity 1 each. Item 0003, Sokkia Power Generator, part number 7305-52, quantity 1 each. Item 0004, Sokkia BDC-7 Battery, part number 30550, quantity 2 each. Item 0005, Sokkia Striding Bubble Assembly, part number psurv, quantity 2 each. Specifications as follows: 1. Requirements for a GP1-2A Gyro Station: A. Provide True North direction. B. Azimuth accuracy -- 20 sec. C. Operating Temperature -- -20 C to 50 C. D. Able to use BDC7 Ni-Cad external rechargeable batteries. E. Inverter that will plug in with a 5 pin cable. F. Able to mount a SET 3110 Total Station. G. Weight -- Less than 8.5 lb. 2. Total Station SET 3110 Requirements: A. Telescope must be fully transiting. Coaxial sighting and distance measuring optics. B. Magnification of 30X. C. Resolving Power 3". D. Minimal focus length 3 Ft. E. Angular measurement should be incremental rotary encoder with 0 index, diametrical detection. F. Angular resolution of 1" and 5". G. Accuracy of 3". H. Automatic dual-axis Compensator selectable on/off. I. Distance Measurement Electro-optical with modulated infrared light with relective targets, AP01 prism, and glass prisms. J. Internal Memory of about 3,000 points with 24 job files. K. Keyboard Alphanumeric on both faces. L. Weight with handle and battery no more than 13 lbs. 3. Lazer Digital Theodolite LDT 50: A. Two mode instrument with Focused and Parallel Beam. B. Class A two laser output power of either 1 mW or 2.5 mW as required. C. Laser range of a minimum of 1,300 feet. D. Angular resolution of 1" and 5" displayed. E. Tilt out-of-range warning audio and visual alarm. F. LCD 20 character x 4 lines on both face with illumination. G. Five keys on both face keyboard. H. Operating Temperature -20 C to 50 C Weight with Battery less than 12.5 lbs. Competitive awards may be based on evaluation criteria stipulated in the Red, Yellow, Green (RYG) Contractor Evaluation System. While price will be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final contract award will be based on a combination of price and delivery, a determination of responsibility and technically acceptable low bids.
