Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation for quotes being requested. A written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is M20001-01-T-0008 and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-25. This is a 100% small business set-aside purchase. The North American Industry Classification System code 332618 the business size is 500 employee. The agency need is for procurement of security cages to include setup and installation. The requirement is for a fixed priced contract. Line Item: (0001) Cage, security cage size 10'W x 25'L x 10'H with access gate. Access gate size 10' x 10' with rolling or sliding brackets, to have normal locking system in which we can put our own locks on them. QTY: 1 Each. Line Item: (0002) Cage, security cage two (2) cages size 40'W x 20'L x approximately 20'H, height is to go from floor to ceiling, joined together with a fence down the middle to separate the two (2) cages. Access gate sizes 10' x 10' with rolling or sliding brackets, to have normal locking system in which we can put our own locks on them. Access gate will be on the left side of the cages and slide open to the right. QTY: 2 Each. Line Item: (0003) Cage, security cage size 20'W x 32'L x 15'H with access gate. Access gate size 10' x 10' with rolling or sliding brackets, to have normal locking system in which we can put our own locks on them. QTY: 1 Each. Line Item: (0004) Fence, size: 157'L from wall to wall by 20'H from floor to ceiling to separate the warehouse. QTY: 1 Each. FAR 52.212-1 instructions to Offerors Commercial Item (Oct 2000) apply to this acquisition. Offerors are required to complete and include a copy of the provisions FAR 52.212-3 Offer Representation and Certification Commercial Items (Jan 2001) with their proposals. The FAR clause 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions Commercial Items (May 1999) applies to this acquisition.
