Qty of 3 ay to be delivered to New Cumberland PA. within 200 days after date of award. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. See Notes 12 and 26. This solicitation is an RFP and will be available on the Internet at http://dibbs.dscccols,com/Rfp on its issue date of 6/27/01. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. Proposed procurement contains a 100% option for increased quantities. This is an unrestricted acquisition. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
