Description

This notice constitutes a combined synopsis/solicitation for = commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6 as = supplemented with additional information contained in this notice. = Hard copies of the Request for Quotation (RFQ) shall not be issued. = The U.S. Coast Guard Engineering Logistics Center has a requirement to = procure six (6) each Paco Centrifugal Pumps, NSN 4320-01-413-8534, P/N = 16-25707-X401XX-6851. Alternate part numbers shall not be accepted for = this acquisition. Delivery shall be F.O.B. Destination to the U.S. = Coast Guard Engineering Logistics Center, 2401 Hawkins Point Road, = Baltimore, MD 21226-5000. Interested sources, that can provide the = part number requested, can submit a quotation which shall be considered = by the Agency. In has been determined, in accordance with FAR Subpart = 6.302-1, that only Paco Pumps, and/or their authorized distributors can = provide these Pumps. Technical data and/or drawings pertaining to are = proprietary to Paco Pump. Quotations submitted in response to this = solicitation must include: (1) Item Name, stock number, part number, = and unit/total prices; (2) proposed delivery in calendar days; (3) = verification that each Pump shall be preserved, packaged, marked, etc., = in accordance with the attached specification; (4) taxpayer = identification and Dun & Bradstreet (DUNS) number; and (5) Contractor's = full name, address, and telephone number. Each Pump shall be = individually preserved, packaged, packed, marked, and bar coded in = accordance with Coast Guard Specification Number SP-PP&M-001, which can = be obtained via facsimile by contacting Kelly Carney at (410) 762-6472. = In addition, offeror's must submit the Representations and = Certifications contained at FAR Clause 52.212-3 entitled Offeror = Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items.
