THIS NOTICE CONSTITUTES AMENDMENT NO . 2 TO THE COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEM FOR A FRONT END LOADER . Companies shall acknowledge all amendment (s) in their bid. This notice services as the official amendment to subject synopsis/IFB and a written amendment will not be issued. The purpose of this amendment is to MAKE CHANGES TO THE ITEM DESCRIPTION . The due date is NOT EXTENDED. This Invitation for Bids is for ONE (1) EACH (NEW WITH WARRANTY) Front End Loader. A detailed description is as follows: 1) Tool carrier capable, 2) Diesel Engine @ 120-140 HP, 3) Four (4) Wheel Drive, (Standard Steering, Alternator, Fan, Front and Rear Differentials), 4) Operating Weight, 26,000 -- 30,000 LBS, 5) Enclosed Heated Cab -- NO Air Conditioning 6) Tire, 20.5-25 12 DR L2, 7) General Purpose Bucket -- 2 1/4 -- 2 Yards, 8) Forklift Attachment (FORKS SHOULD BE 48(+) INCHES LONG (PREFERABLY THE MID RANGE FORKS WOULD BE BETTER 56 INCHES IN RANGE) (LOADER WILL BE USED TO COMPRISE OF LOADING/OFF LOADING HEAVY MATERIALS FROM SHIPS/AIRCRAFT, INCIDENTAL GRAVEL PIT WORK, CONSTRUCTION WORK OF ALL TYPES, AND INCIDENTAL SNOW REMOVAL). CHANGES TO THE DESCRIPTION ARE CAPITALIZED. No Notes Apply.
