Description

The work consists of furnishing all necessary labor, tools, = materials, and equipment to replace the lighting, wiring, and power = outlets in Building 406. This will include removing wiring from = existing conduit, removing unused conduit, installing wire in existing = conduit, installing new wireways, and moving ceiling tiles out of work = way and reinstalling the ceiling tile. The contractor shall plan work = to keep all facilities in operation by providing temporary wiring to = all circuits being changed during course of work. Work shall be = planned and executed to minimize the down time of circuits while = changing wiring to new scheme and for changing to and from temporary = wiring. Where lighting is removed temporary lamps shall be provided = for workstations until the lighting is restored. Contractor shall = schedule and execute the work to finish area room by room. This work = is located at=20 U. S. Coast Guard Air Station Borinquen, Aguadilla, Puerto Rico. The = estimated price range is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. Bid = quarantee, payment and performance bonds are required. This = solicitation is being issued pursuant to the Small Business = Competitiveness Demonstration Program and is open to both small and = large businesses participation.
