This unrestricted acquisition includes, but is not limited = to, furnishing all labor, materials, supplies, tools, equipment, = transportation and supervision required for an Indefinite Delivery, = Indefinite Quantity contract for the maintenance and repair of various = types of roofing systems, including moisture surveys and miscellaneous = supporting work when required for various buildings (as provided in the = Statement of Work) at the Rome Research Site, Rome, NY, its off-base = sites (with-in 35 miles) and Defense Accounting and Finance = Service-Rome. The Government intends to issue a three year Firm Fixed = Price contract. Guaranteed minimum over the life of the contract is = the amount of the first delivery order; minimum Delivery Order: $2,500, = maximum Delivery Order: $1,000,000 and the MAGNITUDE OF CONSTRUCTION is = between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. The SIC code is: 1671, the NAICS = code is: 235610 and the small business standard is: 11.5 million = average annual revenue for the previous three years. The Solicitation = Number, F30602-01-R-5007 will be issued electronically, on the = FedBizOpps website, on or about 27 June 2001. An Ombudsman has been = appointed to hear significant concerns from offerors or potential = offerors during the proposal development phase of this acquisition. = Routine questions are not considered to be "significant concerns" and = should be communicated directly to the Contracting Officer, E.J. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the = authority of the contracting officer or program manager, but to = communicate contractor concerns, issues, disagreements and = recommendations to the appropriate government personnel.
