This office has had difficulty uploading this solicitation package. As stated in the initial synopsis, the solicitation package is also available at R.I. Blueprint, 335 Webster Ave., Cranston, RI 02920 for a nonrefundable fee. Please fax your request to RIBP at (401)946-6550 and include your credit card number, expiration date, and solicitation number. RIBP accepts VISA, Mastercard and American Express. Please do not phone in requests. Packages will be sent via UPS unless you request overnight delivery. Bid opening remains 28 June 2001 at 2:00 PM local time as stated in the first modification to this project.
