Description

At the discretion of the Contracting Officer, one or more = contracts may be awarded from this solicitation. One or more work = orders will be issued totaling not more than $250,000 during a one (1) = year base period of the contract. The initial limit of $250,000 may be = increased by modification as agree upon by the contractor and the = contracting officer up to the maximum of $3,000,000. This contract has = four (4) one-yr renewal options. Contractors must have a minimum of = three (3) yrs experience as of the date of issue in general = construction work. Contractors must also possess the capabilities of = working at least three to five jobs at the same time. The contractor = will not be required to perform work under any work order where the = value of work in any one building is less than $500.00. Offerors will = be required to submit one (1) Multiplier" to be applied to the various = Unit Prices established in the "Unit Price Schedule". The multiplier = must contain the Offeror's overhead, profit, bonds, insurance and all = other contingencies. No allowance for such items will be made after = contract award. Offers are due by 1:00 PM on July 9th. Solicitation = packages will be available on or about June 8, 2001 at a cost of $75 = per set, Non-refundable.
