Description

The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission intends to award a noncompetitive contract to the Key Bridge Marriott Hotel utilizing the Simplified Acquisition Procedures of the FAR Part 13 for the following services: -- Conference meeting rooms to accomodate 70 people -- 1 Podium Microphone -- 3 Lavaliere Microphones -- 4 Channel Mixer -- 8 Flip Charts w/stands, markers -- 3 VCRs w/monitors on rolling stands -- 3 Camcorders w/tripods -- availability 70 sleeping rooms -- Breakfast for 70 people each day -- Lunch for 80 people each day -- two refreshment breaks each day Period of Performance: August 19 to August 24, 2001.
