Description

TRADOC Acquisition Center (TAC)intends to solicit on full and open competition basis and award firm, fixed price IDIQ nonpersonal services Multiple Award Contracts. The training and technical assistance services relate to the fielding of Security Assistance Teams (SATs)to execute OCONUS Security Assistance missions in support of U.S. foreign policy. The U.S. Army Security Assistance Training Management Organization, Fort Bragg, North Carolina, is a TRADOC organization tasked with executing the OCONUS and Overseas Foreign portion of the U.S. Army's Security Assistance training and assistance mission. Teams deployed under this contract may be entirely contractor personnel or a combination of DoD personnel and contractor personnel. Specific service and deployment locations will be cited in each individual task order statement of work. The contract base period will be 1 Oct 2001 through 30 Sep 2002 plus four (4) one-year option periods. TAC intends to award no more than three Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contracts; however, we reserve the right to award only one contract. Offerors are advised that an award may be made without discussions or any contact concerning the proposals received. No paper copies of this solicitation will be issued. The solicitation will be placed on the TAC Website at www.tac.eustis.army.mil on or about 26 Jun 2001 where interested parties may download it. All amendments to the solicitation will be likewise posted to the TAC Website. Contractors are cautioned to check the website periodically for amendments. Proposals shall be submitted via paper copy. The closing date and time for submission of offers will be contained in the solicitation.
