Description

TAC will be issuing Solicitation DABT60-01-R-0006 on or about 21 June 2001 for an A-76 Commercial Activity Study to provide services in support of the Adjutant General (AG), Military Personnel Division (MPD) functions located at Fort Leavenworth, KS. Services shall include but are not limited to planning, programming, administration and management, necessary to execute the AG functions. The applicable North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 561110 with a size standard of $5.0 M. A cost plus award fee contract is contemplated. This procurement is unrestricted. This requirement is a result of an A-76 study conducted under OMB Circular A-76. Formal Source Selection will be utilized. The apparent successful offeror will compete against a Government In-house "bid". If contracted, the services will include a 90 day Phase-In period, a 12 month base period and four (4) 12-month option periods. Paper copies of the solicitation will not be issued. The entire solicitation package will be obtainable via TAC's Home Page at www.tac.eustis.army.mil. on or about 21 June 2001. All amendments to the solicitation will be posted to the TAC web site. Contractors are cautioned to check the web site periodically for amendments. Solicitation mailing list will not be complied and amendments will not be sent out in paper copy. A site visit will be scheduled and conducted in accordance with the solicitation Section L.
