This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items = prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition = Regulations document (FAR) subpart 12.6, as supplemented with = additional information included in this notice and following the = simplified acquisition procedures in FAR part 13.5. Solicitation number = 6TSA-01-JMT-0170 is being issued as a request for proposals (RFP). The = solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those = in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 97-14. This = research procurement is to develop an application utilizing data mining = techniques for the detection of previously unknown associations between = vaccinations & health outcomes for the Department of Health & Human = Sciences in Atlanta GA.
