Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number DABT31-01-T-0087 is issued as an RFQ for the purchase of Epson PowerLite 50c LCD Projector, Replacement Lamp for Epson PowerLite 50 c LCD Projector and Soft Carry Case for Epson 50c Projector.The Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-15. RFQ is a 100% Small Business Set Aside. NAICS is 333315 with a size standard of 500 employees. Closing date is 21 Jun 01; 1:00 p.m. CST. Description is as follows: 0001, Epson Powerlite 50c LCD Projector, PN# EMP-50 LCD Projector with 800X600 SVGA resolution, 1000 lumen lamp, +/-15 degrees keystone correction, 6.8 lbs, soft case, 3 year warranty, and 8-hour rsponse time for loaner projector during warranty period 12 each; 0002 -- Replacement Lamp for Epson PowerLite 50c LCD Projector PN# ELPLP13 12 EA; 0003 -- Soft carry Case for Epson 50c Projection (in 0001) PN# ELPKS13 carry case to accommodate above projector and a notebook computer 12 EA. Contractor must be enrolled in the CCR program. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. All sources should include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3 Alt I, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items with their offer/quotation. Contractors shall also include their DUNS, CAGE Code and TIN numbers. Requested delivery date is 12 Jul 01.
