Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial item(s) prepared in accordance with Subpart 12.6 of the FAR, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This procurement is conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13. This solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-26. Solicitation number RFQ-LITAUB-002 should be referenced on all proposals. The NAICS code for this solicitation is 421490. This is a requirement for (1) DAKO AUTOSTAINER IMMUNOSTAINING SYSTEM WITH COMPUTER OR EQUAL AND (2) DAKO SEYMOUR GLASS SLIDE LABELLING SYSTEM OR EQUAL. Quantity 1 each. Delivery shall be FOB Destination to National Institutes of Health, National Institute on Aging, Gerontology Research Center, Baltimore, MD. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which if timely received, shall be considered by this agency. The following FAR clauses apply to this solicitation.
