This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested under Request For Quotes (RFQ) #01ERQQ0087 posted on Electronic Commerce. The posted RFQ contains a description of the Research Grade microscope-focused, laser Raman spectometer, quantity, delivery, and applicable clauses.
