This is a combined synopsis/solicitation to manufacture and deliver one (1) Elevation Positioner Platform in accordance with the attached Statement of Work and AEP Drawing package PR0004, which was developed under NUWC Contract N66604-98-D-0674-0053 and can be accessed at URL site: http://www.npt.nuwc.navy.mil/contract/inc/syn-info.asp?control=014418. A Parts List will be emailed to all who want it. Just contact the Negotiator. The solicitation follows the format in FAR Subpart 12.6. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Request For Quotation (RFQ) number is N66604-01-Q-4418. This is 100% set-aside for small business. Quotes from Large Business will not be considered. NAICS Code is 334419; size standard is 500. F.O.B. Destination Naval Station Newport; Newport, RI. Evaluation factors are technical capability, price and past performance. Each is equally important.
