Description

This solicitation is for the procurement of part-numbered items manufactured by Ingersoll Rand as well as competitive items made in accordance with Government specifications/drawings. All NSNs and part numbers are available for download under the "Acquisitions Downloads" menu item on DSCC Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) under subject heading "DSCC Corporate Contract Solicitation Access is directly available by accessing http://dibbs/dscccols.com. Access is also available via the World Wide Web (WWW) at http://www.dscc.dla.mil/programs/ corporate contracts/cc.asp See note(s) 12. This solicitation is an RFP or IFB and will be available on the Internet at http://dibbs.dscccols.com/Rfp on its issue date of 06-26-01. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. Please do not forget to return the completed Section B information by disk and the completed RFP to the DSCC bid room by the closing date. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total duration (base plue option years) shall not exceed 5 years. This is an unrestricted acquisition. This proposed porcurement includes a family group of items within the Federal Supply Class 4730,4810,2510,2530 among others. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, part performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
