Description

The Vermont Army National Guard intends to issue a sole source firm fixed-priced contract to Val Morgan Cinema Advertising, Inc., 247 North Goodman Street, Rochester, NY 14607-1144. The intent of this acquisition is to support Recruiting and Retention efforts through advertisements at selected theatres in Vermont. This is a sole source procurement under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. This notice of intent is not a request for quotations (RFQ) for competitive quotes. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
