Description

The Army TACMS-BAT Project Office, U.S. Army, has a requirement for increased option quantities for Preplanned Product Improvement BATs (aka, Brilliant Anti-armor Submunition) and an extended period of performance under existing contract DAAH01-99-C-0154. P3I unique hardware for an additional 103 submunitions, four unique seekers, and option support for modeling and simulation, live fire test and evaluation, pre-production drop test, system Developmental Test, and Limited User Test events will be procured. Also common hardware for 103 Base BAT Submunitions, mobile test set, and the option for contingency flight support will be acquired. This effort is restricted to Northrop Grumman Corporation, Baltimore, MD in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii), implementing 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1). A closing date for submittal of the proposal has not been established. See note #22.
