Description

This procurement request is being procured with intent of being issued as a sole source acquistion to Pacific Meridian Resources/Space Imaging.> Item #1 COUNTY/WATERSHED LEVEL GEOBOOK APPLICATION. Information has been and will be collected in the Southeastern U.S. Ecological Framework Project in which it will be distributed in a book as a finish product. The GeoBook product uses off the shelf Microsoft programming tools and ESRI dynamic mapping libraries, specifically MapObjects and Map ObjectsLT. Pacific Meridian Resources/Space Imaging Services developed the book format style to deliver tabular data, text data, presentation data (Movies, PowerPoint, etc..) and dynamically links spatial data(tabular and map) in a user friendly GUI that can be customized for individual projects and data.>Item #2 ARCVIEW EXTENSION EXTRACTION TOOL will be developed for EPA staff person to select an area of interest for a given GeoBook. The tool functions would then clip the selected layers, save each layer's display properties, populate the required tables and save to a user specified folder area.
