Description

Requirements type contract for dairy products for delivery to Fort Knox, Kentucky during the period 1 July 2001 through 30 June 2002. Miscellaneous dairy, fluid milk and ice cream products for a total of 31 line items. Estimated annual quantities for the contract period are: 1,858 containers buttermilk, 100,212 pounds cottage cheese, 5,424 pints sour cream, 661 containers eggnog, 12,568 containers ice milk mix, 192,612 half pints lowfat chocolate milk, 55,100 gallons lowfat chocolate milk, 2,150 containers whole milk, 90,940 gallons lowfat milk, 309,481 half pint lowfat milk, 306,561 half pints skim milk, 1,680 gallons skim milk, 269,756 containers yogurt, 59,060 gallons 100% pure orange juice, 144 containers 16 oz sour cream, and 12 line items for assorted ice cream novelty products. Contractor shall furnish products manufactured by firms approved and currently listed by the Health Services Command. Contractor shall deliver products to approximately 25 different locations. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered. Anticipated issue date of June 7, 2001 and anticipated opening date of June 26, 2001.
