This item is restricted to General Electric Aircraft, Engine Business Group, 1000 Western Avenue, Lynn, MA 01910-2690 (Cage Code: 99207); MRC Bearings, 402 Chandler Street, Jamestown, NY 14702-0280 (Cage Code 38443); Timken Aerospace, 336 Mechanic Street, Lebanon, NH 03766-2627 (Cage Code 78118) and FAG Bearings LTD, 801 Ontario Street, PO Box 640, Stratford N5A, Canada (Cage Code: 36069). This part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. An alternate source must qualify in accordance with the design control activity's procedures, as approved by the cognizant Government engineering activity. "This acquisition contains technical data whose export is restricted by the Arms Export Control Act (Title 22, USC., SEC 2751 ET SEQ) or the Export Administration Act (Title 50, USC., APP 2401-2402) Executive Order 121470. This information cannot be released outside the United States without prior approval of the Government." The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation, however, solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above.
