Description

AMOUNT: Approximately 8,516 rentable square feet yielding a minimum of 7,406 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet to a maximum of 7,776 ANSI/BOMA square feet of office and related space. LOCATION: Space must be located within Central Business Area of Carrollton, outside of the flood plain area and easily seen from a major street. The CBA is described as follows: NORTH: Northside Dr. EAST: Hwy 166 SOUTH: Hwy 166 WEST: Hwy 27 REQUIRED: All services, supplies, utilities, partitioning and required tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. Space must be ready for occupancy NO LATER THAN January 22, 2002. TERM: Lease term will be for ten years with the Government having cancellation privileges in whole or in part on 60 days written notice after the fifth year. OWNERS & AGENTS: Submission by any party other than the owner or manager of the property must be accompanied by a letter from the owner granting permission to make a general offering of the space.
