This requirement is for the non-competitive acquisition for a sol source Buy Indian contract for outpatient, outreach and transitional living substance abuse treatment service for the Native American Indian population residing in Sacramento County in California. The request for non-competitive acquisition is being issued pursuant to 25 USC 47, The Buy Indian Act. This proposal is trestricted to the Sacramento Urban Indian Health Project, of Sacramento California.
