- The Government intends to enter into a sole source contract under a Basic Ordering Agreement, for the Country of France and the French Navy, with American Valley Aviation of Quincy CA, for three each aircraft prop slings. Neither the U.S. Government, the Government of France nor the French Navy has the specification, data or drawings needed for the production and testing of these slings.
