Description

Furnish all plant, labor, materials and equipment to replace windows and doors at Garrison Lane, Royal American Circle, Forbes Avenue and Flower Road units at Carlisle Barracks on a Requirements Type contract for a Base with two option years. Work consits of removing existing windows, storm or primary doors and replacing with new wood windows and doors. Strip lead based paint on quarters at Garrison Lane and Royal American Circle and repaint. This required is unrestricted. Bid date is approximate and is subject to change based on solicitation issue date. The estimated cost range is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000 (Base & Option Years). There will be a non-refundable charge of $25.00 for each copy of the solicitation package & drawings. Make checks payable to Centralized Disburing Officer and mail to Directorate of Contracting, Hq Carlisle Barracks, 314 Lovell Ave Suite 1, Carlisle, PA 17013. Requests without the required deposit will not be considered. Site inspection date will be announced with the solicitation package. All contractors are required to be registered in the Central Contractor Registration prior to award.
