Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, North Texas Veterans Health Care System is seeking a contractor to replace the "Fire Alarm System" at the Sam Rayburn Memorial Veterans Center, 1201 East Ninth Street, Bonham, TX 75418. The contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, equipment, materials and supervision to replace the Fire Alarm System at the Bonham VA in accordance with the project contract drawings and specifications. This project shall involve general construction, demolition, alterations, grading, electrical and mechanical work. Work shall be performed in compliance with the most up-to-date industry standards and codes as required by the city, county, State and Federal Government. The cost range for this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The period of performance shall be ninty (90) days. The issue date is June 1, 2001 and the due date is not later than 1:30 P.M. on July 11, 2001.
