- The work consists of constructing a masonry paint storage building with a wood framed roof and an overhead coiling door. Project site is in Douglas County, Roseburg District, Oregon. Project range is between $25,000 and $100,000. Estimated start work date is July 25, 2001 and performance time is 45 calendar days. Securities are required -- Bid Bond: None; Performance Security: 20%; and Payment Security: 100%.
