Description

Notice of intent to award a sole source contract to Net-IQ, 3553 N. First Street, San Jose, CA 95134. The sole-source award will be made for the purchase of the following items: 1. NET-IQ Operations Software for NT Servers 30 EA. 2. Annual Maintenance for NET-IQ Operations manager 1 EA. The Defense Reutilization & Marketing Service is in the process of awarding a contract to NET-IQ under FAR Part 6.302-1 (only one responsible source will satisfy agency requirements). This will be a firm-fixed Price contract. If there are any other firms who can provide the specified items, please provide a name and address on or before June 21, 2001. If no responses are received by the above date, a sole-source contract with NET-IQ will be pursued. POC is Laurie A.
