Description

The VA Healthcare Network Upstate New York at Albany, NY is seeking to contract with local established hospitals, ambulatory care facilities and practice groups in Delaware County, New York who have the qualifications, experience and expertise in providing quality medical care services. These services shall be provided to veteran beneficiaries residing in Delaware County and surrounding communities within the Facility's Primary Service Area. The offeror/basic provider shall provide complete primary care services in a private hospital or clinic environment.
