The FEP system will also include the manufacturing and installation of a useable end item, the equipment and material to support it, initial spares, mission equipment, system engineering, program management, security, containers, transportation, special tooling and test equipment, common support equipment, peculiar support equipment, training equipment, training, testing, and other auxiliary items in support of the FEP program. No RFP is available for competitive bidding, however interested parties are encouraged to submit a statement of capability for satisfying this requirement by no later than close of business on 15 June 2001 to the contact person listed above.
