Description

The Contracting Officer requires all labor, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, transportation and management necessary to provide lamping replacement services to all the interior and exterior lighting fixtures for the Charette Health Care Center (Building 2), and the Parking Garage (Building (275) at the Naval Medical Center, Portsmouth, Virginia. The work identified is to be provided by means of an Indefinite Quantity type contract. The contract term is for a base period of one (1) year. The Government shall have the option to extend the term of the contract for four additional periods of 12 months. The total contract term, including exercise of any options shall not exceed 60 months. Plans and specification shall be available on or about June 30, 2001. This procurement will be accomplished through seal bid. The solicitation for this requirement will be available only from the Naval Facilities Engineering Command Electronic Solicitation (E-Sol) Web Site. Contractors must register on the E-sol web site prior to downloading the solicitation to receive notification of any/all changes/additional information related to the solicitation. The proposed procurement listed herein is 100% Set-Aside for Small Business concerns. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered. The NAICS Code applicable to this solicitation is 23511 and the size standard is $11,500,000.00. THIS SOLICITATION IS SET ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS CONCERNS.
