Description

The work of this project consists of furnishing all labor, materials and equipment needed to add a pre-engineered metal structure to an existing pre-engineered metal structure; install a metal roofing system over both structures; install an environmental control system, fire suppression system and miscellaneous plumbing work, including the connection to the existing leaching field; miscellaneous sitework including concrete pavement; install upgrade to electrical and security systems; and reinstall lightning protection system. This acquisition is subject to P.L. 100-656, Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program, and is open to all concerns regardless of size. The estimated price range for this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. Performance time is 20 weeks from notice to proceed. Contractors are urged to make a site visit to asertain work conditions. Solicitation packages will be available on or about June 19, 2001.
