Description

BUFFALO GAP CAMPGROUND RENOVATION. This package will have a Base Item consisting of furnishing and installing picnic tables and fire rings, repair of water delivery system and replacement of drinking water hydrants, hookup to electricity, water and sewer sysem of three Government-furnished precast concrete flush toilet units and one shower building, and removal and disposal of two comfort stations. Additive/Deductive Item No. 1 will consist of providing and installing a pavillion/shelter building and construction of handicap accessible walkways and sidewalks. The estimated start date is August 10, 2001 and will have 120 calendar days for completion of the entire project, including Additive/Deductive Item No. 1 if awarded. The project is located approximately 7 miles west of Medora, North Dakota on Interstate 94 and 1/2 mile north on Forest Service Road #726 and 1/2 mile west on Forest Service Road #726A to the site located in Sections 9 and 10 T140N R103W in Golden Valley County, North Dakota. This project is not set aside for small business concerns. Estimated price range is $100,000 -- $250,000.
