General Services Administration Seeks Sources for Leased Office and Related Space Idabel, OK Requirement: United States Government is seeking to lease Class A office and related space in Idabel, OK. The space will be occupied by the U.S. Department of Agriculture and U.S. Postal Service and requires approximately 16,000 rentable square feet of office space and 106 parking spaces for employee and visitor parking. Unique Requirements: All services, supplies, utilities and tenant improvements must be provided in consideration of rental to be paid. By occupancy, the leased space and building shall meet the requirements of ADA, the National Fire Act and local fire codes. The building shall be inspected by the Government and/or its contractor to ascertain compliance with NEPA and other applicable regulations. The location must be outside the 100 year flood plain. The offered space can be located on no more than 1 floor in existing buildings. No new construction will be considered. Location: The building must be within what is commonly called the Commercial Business District of Idabel and preferably within a 5 block radius of the existing building located at 201 North Central Avenue. Lease Term: The lease term will be for 10 years. Firm term of the lease and termination rights of the lease will be stated in the Solicitation for Offers which will be issued to those offerors whose buildings are determined to be acceptable to the Government after the market survey. Occupancy: Occupancy date will be not later than October 1, 2001. Expressions of interest should include the following: 1. Building name and address; contact person with phone number 2.
