Description

MODIFICATION -- The Notice of Intent, previously issued, Submission No. 50L5A1, dated May 8, 2001, for a Contractor-Owned/Contractor-Operated facility to house approximately 300 adult males and 44 adult females, 12 miles from the Denver International Airport, is Modified as follows: "The Government intends to negotiate a sole-source IDIQ contract, for a period of two(2) years, with Wackenhut Corrections Corporation (WCC), Aurora, Colorado. Offerors that have the ability to provide the previously described services are invited to submit their information for consideration to U.S. Immigration & Natz Services (ACDCAP), 7701 N. Stemmons Frwy, Dallas, TX 75247, or you may fax your information to (214) 905-5568. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses to the Notice of Intent is solely within the discretion of the Government. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, all requests for copies of the solicitation received within 15 calendar days from the date of this posting will be considered by the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement." See Note 26
