- Description
- This modification reflects a change in the specifications for the Atomic Force Microscope; under item (3) System Controller, b) shall read: lateral resolution can demonstrate atomic-level imaging on graphite or mica; c) shall read: vertical resolution based on overall system noise level of 1/2 angstrom; and under item (4) Closed Loop Piezo Control System, a) shall read: linear precision better than one (1) percent. Response date has been changed to June 11, 2001. All other specifications, and terms and conditions remain the same.
