Description

The 49th Contracting Squadron, Holloman AFB New Mexico is seeking = eligible 8(a) business firms capable of performing a Design/Build = Construction Services contract. The subject acquisition, = F29651-01-R-0011, is for a broad range of design services, maintenance, = repair, alteration and minor construction on real property at Holloman = AFB NM and its associated sites. The resultant contract will be an = Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract and will = include a wide variety of individual construction task orders as = identified in the latest R.S. Means Facilities Cost Database = (Computerized Pricing Guide). The contractor will be required to = provide all functions to design up to 100% and furnish all materials, = equipment and personnel necessary to manage and accomplish all projects = against subject contract. Contractor will NOT be required to maintain = an office function on-base. Individual task orders will vary in size, = complexity and trades required to complete. The guaranteed contract = minimum is $25,000 per year and the proposed maximum is $5,000,000 per = year. The average value is $2.6 million per year with a range from = $25,000 to $500,000 for each task order. The performance period will = be a basic year with 4 one year options. The proposed contract is 100% = set-aside for certified 8(a) firms with a bona fide location in the = State of New Mexico. The North American Industry Classification System = (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 233320. The solicitation will be = issued via the Electronic Posting System (EPS) at www.eps.gov. NO = paper copies of the solicitation, specifications, plans or bidders = mailing list will be issued.
