Description

Provide materials and services necessary to replace the central = steam plant with decentralized, natural gas-fired heating systems in = twenty four buildings at U. S. Coast Guard Training Center (TRACEN) = Cape May, NJ. The project includes installation of natural gas-fired = heating and hot water systems with mechanical room additions and = modifications, installation of natural gas-fired galley and laundry = equipment, central control/monitoring system and demolition of the = central steam plant and fuel tanks. The estimated cost of work is = between $2,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. All work shall be = accomplished in accordance with Specification No. 77-S4001 and Drawing = No. 77-S4001 (Sheets 1 ? 341). All work shall be completed within 490 = calendar days after Award.
