Description

The contract resulting from this solicitation will be a ren= ovation of an approximately 47,159 square foot occupied 68,704 square foo= t two story existing building and dock expansion, on an approximately 5.= 06 acre parcel of land in Bethesda, Maryland. Completion time for this pro= ject is 300 calendar days from Notice to Proceed. The estimated dollar ran= ge is between $4.25 million and $4.5 million. Awards will be made based = on Best Value. The proposals will be evaluated in the following areas list= ed in descending order of importance: PROPOSAL SPECIFIC FACTORS -- Manag= ement Plan, Subcontracting Plan; SUPPLIER SPECIFIC FACTORS -- Qualificati= on Statement Package, and PRICE. Award will be made on the offer de= termined to be in the best interest of the Postal Service.
