Description

This is a sole source procurement IAW FAR 6.302-1 and 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1). An approved justification and approval is on file in Contracting Division. The Huntington District intends to negotiate a contract with Marshall University, Elizabeth McDowell College of Business, 400 Hal Greer Boulevard, Huntington, WV for a Leadership/Management Development Program. Contract period will be for a base period of one year with three option periods. The University will provide non-personal professional services to design, develop and administer a part-time leadership/management development program for 12 Huntington District Corps of Engineers employees. The program requires the University to provide goal setting retreats, classroom training, field trips, couseling sessions, unscheduled meetings for ceremonies and presentations and a graduation ceremony.
