Description

The U.S. Marshals Service (USMS), Business Service Division, National Contracts Team, 600 Army Navy Drive, CS3, Room 444, Arlington, VA 22202, intends to negotiate a sole source lease with El Paso, Texas, International Airport Authority for hangar space of aprroximately 59,963 square feet, including ramp, hangar and office space. The total USMS requirement is for 10 months to be acquired under the simplified acquisition process. This will allow the USMS to occupy the facility, while proceeding with plans of a formal long term competitive leasing process. This facility will provide the USMS with hangar space that will accommodate one equal to or larger than a DC-9, ramp space to accommodate parking of two DC-9 or equivalent size aircraft, and office space with automobile parking for approximately 50 to 60 employees. The El Paso Internation Airport's Hangar #7 is the only facility located near the airport currently available that will meet the minimum requirement of the USMS.
