Sources are sought for informational purposes only, at this time. = 30th Space Wing is seeking input from industry with the technical = expertise to provide services of a non-personal nature for an Energy = Service Provider (ESP) to provide Vandenberg AFB's entire load for FIRM = electric power, to include generation, transmission, scheduling and = coordination. Vandenberg AFB desires the power be Green Power, i.e., = wind or solar power, NOT hydropower. Vandenberg AFB is interested in = this Green Power at a reduced rate than that of the current tariff rate = (PG&E E-20T). The minimum contract length shall be 5 years. This = contract will provide a minimum initial amount of Green Power shall be = 25% of the power load for the first 3 years of the contract and the = amount of Green Power shall be 100% by the end of the third year. = Vandenberg AFB's metered annual consumption for FY2000 was 175,197,201 = kWh. Delivery point capacities and combined peak demand are as = follows: Divide-Vandenberg No. 1, 70KV, 26.67 MVA capacity; = Divide-Vandenberg No. 2, 70KV, 26.67 MVA capacity; 33,978 kW (August 00 = Off Peak). 15-Minute interval data can be provided upon request.
