This notice amends Submission No. 50J418, dated April 17, 2001, published in the CBD April 19, 2001. Solicitation DAAD13-01-R-0024 is amended from a full and open competition procurement to a 100% Small-Business Set-Aside for the purchase of plastic parts component parts for the M45 Mask systems production at Pine Bluff Arsenal. This will be a firm-fixed-price contract.
