Description

The General Services Administration intends to issue a contract = to Wild Packets, Inc. under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 through = solicitation number 6TSA-01-JMT-0162. The solicitation document and = incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal = Acquisition Circular (FAC) 97-14. Only one responsible source and no = other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This = procurement is for WildPackets software & Maintenance of Wildpackets = software. This procurement is for Brooks Air Force Base, TX. The = proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the = Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under = authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest = and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This = notice is not a request for competitive proposals. All proposals = received by close of business, 6/1/2001 will be considered by the = government. A determination by the Government not to compete this = proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within = the discretion of the government.
