Description

The Marine Corps Regional Contracting Office, Kansas City, is seeking to procure a commercial travel services contract in support of the Marine Corps activities located, Kansas City, Missouri. The contractor must furnish all labor, material, equipment, supervision, etc. in order to make arrangements for official and leisure travel, transportation, lodging and other travel related services for Marines, DOD civilian employees located in the Kansas City area. The Government will furnish office and storage space at Kansas City, MO. The initial performance period will be for one year with 4 6-month option periods. This contract will contain a special, No Cost Termination for Convenience of the Government clause for implementation of a Defense Travel System (DTS) contract for official travel. The solicitation will be issued on or about 25 Jun 01 with the closing date on or about 31 Jul 01. The basis for award will be price and other factors with offerors submitting written proposals supplying management, experience and past performance information.
