Description

This acquisition is to provide training for teachers on the interpretations of students work, conduct teacher survey, analyze survey results, and prepare a publication for students to use a resource guide. We intend to award to the Center for Language in Learning because Center for Language proves a cost effective, valid and reliable student academic achievement data using an authentic performance bases assessment system. The Department of Education has adopted the Bureau's plan to use the Learning Record as its state assessment system, which Center for Language helped, develop and trained the teachers to operate. Note 22 applies to this acquisition.
